the relationship between the user and the provider of this
site.
1.2 The provider of this website is GULDAGI LIMITED Company number 16213789,
9 Cricklewood Lane, London, United Kingdom, NW2 1ET. Paglyx is not an online shop and does not ship
products. With this website, GULDAGI LIMITED Company number 16213789 provides internet users
with an independent information service without itself acting as a
seller.
1.3 The provider reserves the right to reasonably
adapt these terms of use with effect for the future, e.g. to take
account of changes to the legal framework or changes to the
services offered.
2. GENERAL INFORMATION AND SERVICES
This website is not an online shop and does not ship any products.
There is no contractual obligation between the user and Paglyx
with regard to the products or services presented. Purchase
contracts or other agreements regarding the acquisition of the
products or services presented are concluded exclusively between
the user and the partner shop. The entire purchase process takes
place without any further involvement and/or brokerage services on
the part of Paglyx.
Accordingly, the following services
are not provided by Paglyx in the course of the sales process:
- Information on products and their availability by a customer service
- Dispatch of ordered products
- Information on dispatch status
- Assumption of warranties
- Processing of complaints

3. NOTE ON CURRENCY OF PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PRICE

Paglyx attaches the greatest possible importance to up-to-date
product and offer information. However, the product details of the
partner shops may have changed since we last updated the website.
These changes affect, for example, the price, delivery times or
costs and availability. They may not have been taken into account
in the order of the offers published on Paglyx. Only the
product and price details on the page of the respective shop at
the time of purchase are valid for the sale. For technical
reasons, it is not possible to update the offer data in real time.
In individual cases, it may therefore be the case that the
products displayed cannot be purchased at the prices or conditions
stated by us. It is the responsibility of the user to check all
information relevant to the purchase and its correctness on the
basis of the seller's details before concluding a contract with a
partner shop.
4. WARRANTY & DISCLAIMER
Paglyx always endeavours to ensure the trouble-free functioning
of its own technical programmes and systems, but cannot guarantee
that the website will always function smoothly. Paglyx reserves
the right to resolve technical faults within freely selected time
windows. No guarantee can be given for the compatibility and
functionality of systems and programmes that are not part of
Paglyx's offering.
The content of Paglyx has been
created with the utmost care. However, no guarantee can be given
for the accuracy, completeness and up-to-dateness of the content.
As a service provider, Paglyx is responsible for its own
content in accordance with general legislation. According to the
statutory provisions, Paglyx as a service provider is not

Obligations to remove or block the use of information in
accordance with general legislation remain unaffected. However,

it is not possible to update the product data in real time for
technical reasons, Paglyx does not guarantee that the products
(and services) of the partner shops can actually be purchased at
the conditions stated on Paglyx.
Paglyx is liable for
damages suffered by the user if these damages were caused by
Paglyx, senior vicarious agents or their legal representatives
through gross negligence or wilful intent. Excluded from this
limitation is liability based on mandatory statutory provisions,
in particular due to injury to life, limb or health and in other
cases of mandatory statutory liability.

All content created and published by Paglyx is subject to
German copyright law. Reproduction, editing and distribution
require the written consent of the author.
The rights of
third parties have been observed for all content not created by
Paglyx. In particular, product titles, product descriptions,
product images, company names, brand names and/or logos used may
be protected or serve as trademarks of the corresponding company,
seller or manufacturer.
All content published on the platform

7. OTHER PROVISIONS
7.1. These terms of use and all other legal relationships shall be
governed exclusively by German law to the exclusion of the UN
Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods
(CISG). In the particular event that individual provisions of
these Terms of Use should be or become invalid, the validity of
the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. An ineffective
provision shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that most
closely corresponds to the economic purpose of the ineffective
provision, taking into account the legal situation.
7.2 The
place of jurisdiction for all disputes between the contracting
parties shall be the registered office of the respective
defendant, provided that the customer is a merchant, a legal
entity under public law or a special fund under public law. The
place of jurisdiction shall also apply to persons other than those
mentioned above if the customer has no general place of
jurisdiction in Germany, if the customer moves his place of
residence and/or business out of Germany after conclusion of the
contract or if his place of residence and/or business or habitual
residence is unknown at the time the action is brought.
7.3
This contract shall be governed exclusively by German law to the
exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the
International Sale of Goods of 11 April 1980 (UN Sales
Convention).
